As a Limited company you will need to provide a UK address where official papers including your annual return, accounts reminders and an Inland Revenue Return can be delivered. @UK PLC offer registered office service, whereby we will receive this correspondence and forward to you on a next day basis.

Included in the annual fee of £50.00* we will forward 10 items, any additional items will be charged at £1 plus postage.

You will be sent a renewal reminder at the end of each year. To provide an efficient service please keep us informed of any changes to your contact details. If we are unable to contact you we will be unable to continue to act as your registered office and we will have to refer the matter to Companies House.
